Commitment ceremonies

A Commitment ceremony is a non-legally binding ceremony in which each partner commits to the other.

There are many reason for opting for a Commitment ceremony including

• Couples do not wish to enter into a legally binding contract.
• One partner still legally married
• Key paperwork has not been completed to the timescale required by the registration service.

As these ceremonies are non-statutory they can take place wherever, whenever and however you wish.  They can include other people, readings, religious content, music and lighting of candles etc.
