This morning I was reading an interesting post about inappropriate wedding song choices. It seems that top of the poll was "I still haven't found what I'm looking for" by U2. It is a great song and has some good lyrics and if it is your favourite song then why not include it in you play list ?
Often people select music with a special meaning and that's the beauty of a Celebrant led ceremony, you can include any type of music. The Celebrant can explain the choice too so that everyone understands it. It does lighten the mood if you walk back down the aisle to something unexpected. One of my favourites from this year was "The Liquidator" by By Harry J and the All Stars. Famous in the late 60's and also on football terraces. I will let you decide how I know it !!

I am looking forward to next week's Celebrant Convention. It is always god to meet up with colleagues and I am looking forward to attending a range of workshops.
