 Here are a few of my top tips for your special celebration 

1.  Think about the time you will be having your ceremony - especially if you plan to be outdoors.  Why not plan to have it  either earlier in the day or later in the afternoon so that guests are not subject to too mus=ch sun

2.  If you are outside think how you can keep guests comfortable with some shade,  maybe put up some parosoles or set up seating in natural shade or even provide some personalised fans.

3. Ensure you have a hydration station where guests can access water.

4.  Remember to have a back up plan just in case one of those summer storms rolls in.
